There are a few critical factors when ordering from Theron’s Meat Products

We manufacture our products with a 48-hour turnaround time in mind,  ensuring that our valued customers receive only the best quality products upon delivery.

• Quality products @ affordable factory prices is our promise to you, our valued customer.
• Please keep in mind that Theron’s Meat Products is a meat processing factory and therefore only delivers to
• Theron’s does not make deliveries to private homes or clients’ workplaces.
• Wholesale and retail customers must place their orders 1 day before general stock by phone at the factory, no later than 14h00.
• PLEASE NOTE: NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA E-MAIL OR FAX.
• Theron’s as a Company believes in direct communication with you, our valued customer. This direct communication enables us to uphold our promise of service excellence to you. It is our strive to be able to deliver your order on time and to achieve 100% order fill with each delivery.
• Special orders and orders over 100kg must be placed 2 days before your delivery date, no later than 11h00 in the morning.
• Regretfully, no deliveries can be made on the same day as receiving an order.
• Please allow a five-hour lead time when placing orders to be collected from our factory shop, considering that the stock is available.
