Theron`s Bacon Bits

Theron`s bacon are pickled and wood smoked to perfection. We make use of wood smoking in industrial wood smoking cabinets imported from Austria and we use superior quality wood chips in the smoking process. When cutting the bacon into slices, we are left with small off cuts. These cuts are minced into smaller pieces to use when making pizza, pasta or quiches!
